Trying Something New

Hi everyone!!

Over the past few weeks, I've been diverting (slightly) from my usual typography. These days, I've been practicing on my calligraphy skills a lot more, and I'm glad to say that I've been making lots of progress!

After So Long

Hello everyone!

Finally updating my blog after 434839534 years!

I've been uber busy with school, school, and school! (sorry I have no life)

Anyway, school talk aside, my friend Keik (404 Error Found) and I have been working on a HUGE (well, hopefully) collaboration project since last month! This has actually been planned since June (lol), but we only found the time to work on it now!

Although it's supposed to be a surprise (we're almost finished!), we've prepared a little teaser for you all!

Haha, can't wait for you guys to see it! We're still contemplating whether or not we'll be selling our collab project (spoiler alert: it's a greeting card!), but so far we're leaning towards a big yes!

Saturday's Kitchen Mess+Treat

Hello everyone!

After a long, tiring week of school, I finally had a much-needed break today, so thank God!

To celebrate this very important event in my life (if you only knew how stressed I was this whole week, huhu), I decided to make cookies!! Especially because I was craving for some!

I decided to mix two of my favorite spreads, peanut butter and cookie butter, in the cookie dough!

Mmmmmmm, talk about delicious!

Celebrating Nature

Hello everyone and welcome to the blog of The Tiny Artist! Tiny, because, well I'm short and small, and Artist, because, hmm, I have a strong passion for all things art, specifically, lettering and typography! With that, expect to see lots of those types of works, as well many more in the future! 

As of the moment, we're celebrating Environment Week in school through many activities, most especially in the science department. Some of the main lessons include the ways to reduce our carbon foodprints and air pollution. Also, in English class, we were assigned to take pictures of subjects representing issues in the country. Coincidentally, I chose the topic of environmental problems, and ventured around the streets, taking pictures of trash and the like.

Thus, I present a few of the images that I have taken in the form of a single picture!

The quote mentioned above, means so much to me, as it reminds me to always cherish the gifts of Mother Nature and to continuously take care of them! 

By taking small steps of action, we can all work together to save the environment!
